Dwarf mountain fleabane

Distribution: W North America, Quebec and Grenland; sandy places, rocks.

Longlived perennial, loose cushion-forming up to 20 cm diameter, with deep taproot. Stems 5-15 cm tall. Stem leaves fan-shaped, 3-4-ternately lobed, crowded. Flowerhead atop the stem, solitary, 1.5-2 cm diameter. Rays (outer flowers) white, bluish or pink, inner flowers yellow. Fl. VI-VII.

 

Verbreitung: W Nordamerika, Quebec und Grenland; sandige Orten, Felsen.

 

Langlebige Staude, bildende lose Kissen bis zu 20 cm Durchmesser, mit tiefen Pfahlwurzel. Stammblätter 3-4-fach gelappt. Blütenköpfe einsam, 1,5-2 cm Durchmesser. Strahlen (Außere Blumen) weiß, bläulich oder rosa, Innere Blumen gelb. Blütezeit VI-VII.

Distribution: from N parts of Asia and North America to Arctica; rocky places, up to 1400 m. 

Tufted perennial up to 10 cm tall. Leaves up to 3 cm long, linear, glaucous, acute atop. Flower one per stem usually, up to 25 mm across, pink to amaranth. Fl. end of spring/beg. summer. 

 

Verbreitung: Nordasien und Nordamerika, Arktis; felsige Plätze, bis zu 1400 m über dem Meeresspiegel. 

Klumpende Pflanze bis 10 cm hoch. Blätter bis zu 3 cm lang, linear, an der Spitze geschärft. Blüten in der Regel einzeln, bis 25 mm Durchmesser, rosa bis helllila. Blütezeit V-VI.

Distribution: N Caucasus, up to alpine level; rocky slopes, in crevices.

Tufted perennial up to 8 cm high. Leaf rosettes minute, many, white hairy. Scape 1-6 cm high. Raceme 6-8-flowered. Flowers fragrant, yellow. Fl. IV-VI.

Distribution: Greece, Turkey; rocks.

Perennial rosettes-forming. Flowering stems up to 5 cm tall. Flower 1 per stem, rarely 2, 5 mm diameter, yellowish-rose, bearded. Fl. V-VI.

 

Verbreitung: Griechenland, Türkei; Felsen. 

Rosettenstaude. Blütenstiele bis zu 5 cm hoch. Blüte 1 pro Stiel, selten 2, 5 mm Durchmesser, gelblich-rosa, bärtig. Bl. V-VI.

Perennial 5-20 cm tall, with taproot and branched, woody caudex. Stems erect to ascending, strigose. Leave mostly basal. Inflorescence solitary head, rarely up to 3 heads per stem. Flowers yellow. Fl. V-VI.

Perennial 20-80 cm high, with creeping rhizomes. Stems erect. Leaves opposite, petiole 10-28 cm long, blade 15-32 cm across, suborbicular, lobed. Flowers 5-8 in fascicle, purplish-red, nodding. Fl. V-VI.

 

Verbreitung: China, 400-1600 m; Wälder, Bachufern, grasbewachsenen Hängen.

Staude 20-80 cm hoch, mit kriechendem Rhizome. Blattstiel 10-28 cm lang, Blattspreite15-32 cm breit, suborbicular, gelappt. Blüten zu 5-8 in Faszikel, violett-rot. Bl. V-VI.

Shrub cushion-forming 40 cm in tall, 80 cm in diameter. Leaves hairy. Flowers pink, scented. Fl. spring to fall.

 

Strauch bis 40 cm hoch, 80 cm im Durchmesser. Blätter behaart. Blüten rosa, duftend. Blütezeit Frühling bis Herbst.
